Friday, December 16, 2011- The Colorado Environmental Film Festival (CEFF) announced today that it will host an EcoExpo and Call2Action programming in conjunction with the 6^th annual Festival which will be help February 23-25^th in Golden, CO at the American Mountaineering Center. 

CEFF celebrates the power of film to inspire, educate, and motivate audiences. CEFF presents thought-provoking films and dialogue that raise awareness of a wide variety of interconnected ecological, social, and economic themes. The Festival provides an experience for the audience that goes beyond passive film viewing: CEFF inspires audiences into awareness and action.

CEFF’s Call to Action programming attempts to answer the question, “What can I personally do to affect this issue?”    CEFF supports local businesses that are providing solutions.   An annual CEFF sponsored Sustainability Expo includes businesses and entities focused on sustainability.  Companies are encouraged to market sustainable products and services at the festival and screening events.  CEFF seeks companies such as providers of energy conservation and renewable energy products, green builders and contractors, organic food stores, organic farms and gardening suppliers, bicycle shops, alternative fuel vendors, local agricultural producers and others.
